Detailed Description

A collection of __FCCompositeTimeSigTopElement records.

This class should not be loaded directly. Instead, use the FCTimeSignature::CreateCompositeTop method. However, you can create it from scratch to send to FCTimeSignature::SaveNewCompositeTop.

It requires PDK_FRAMEWORK_COMPOSITETIMESIGS defined.
