Loads and make a collection with all the percussion notes for the current percussion MIDI map. This might return NULL!

It's the caller's responsibility to delete the created collection object after use.

This method will only be enabled if PDK_FRAMEWORK_TINYXML has been defined.

Lua-supported.

Returns
NULL if the percussion map couldn't be loaded/found. Otherwise the pointer to the created collection object.
