Collection class for FCPage class objects.

Supports <close> in Lua 5.4 (__FCCollection::ClearAll).

The PDK_FRAMEWORK_LAYOUT define is required for this class.

Adds one blank page to the end of the layout.

The page settings are inherited from the last page of the layout. Any objects refering to pages need to be reloaded after this call.

Parameters
updatelayoutIf true a full layout update is made after the page has been successfully inserted.
Returns
True on success.

◆ FindMeasureNumber()

FCPage * FCPages::FindMeasureNumber ( eMeas measurenumber)

Tries to finds the page that contains the measure.

This is a convenience function that loads all staff systems, then calls FCStaffSystems::FindMeasureNumber, and then calls FindSystemNumber with the found staff system number. If you will be finding the pages of many measures, you may find it is faster to break it up into two steps yourself, so that you only load the staff systems once. However, testing has shown very little difference in performance either way.

This method might fail if the layout needs to be updated.

Returns
NULL if system wasn't found.

Tries to finds the page that contains the system number.

This method might fail if the layout needs to be updated or the collection has not been loaded with __FCCollectionData::LoadAll.

Any system number higher than the first system on the last page returns the last page.

Lua-supported (0.68).

Returns
NULL if page wasn't found.

Page-attached elements other than the staff systems are not affected (=text block, graphics).

The page settings are inherited from the page that is pushed away in the layout. Any objects refering to pages need to be reloaded after this call.

If an empty page should be added at the end of the layout, use AppendBlank instead.

Parameters
beforepageno1-based page number where the insertion point should be. The page must exist in the layout.
updatelayoutIf true a full layout update is made after the page has been successfully inserted.
Returns
True on success.
