Allocates on the heap an instance of FCSmartShapeEntryConnectStyle for the input type and index. Non-Lua callers must free the instance after they are finished with it.
Each index corresponds to one of the H,V offset pairs in the Smart Shape Placement dialog box. To find the index corresponding to a given H,V offset pair in the dialog box, count each pair in the dialog left to right from zero starting with the top option for the selected smart shape type.
For example, index 0 corresponds to the start point H,V pair of the top option and index 1 corresponds to the end point H,V pair. Some choices have only one H,V pair, and those take up only a single index in the count. The sixth slur option is an example of these. This means that start point and end point H,V pairs may each have odd or even index values, depending on the number of preceding singleton options.
This function always returns NULL in versions of Finale before Finale 26.2.
