Base class for attaching an syllable to an entry.

This class requires PDK_FRAMEWORK_ENTRIES to be defined. It also requires Finale 2011 or later.

Returns true if the syllable ends with a hyphen.

Returns the 0-based string position in the raw string where the next syllable starts.

Warning
If the string has other than ASCII characters, use string manipulation functions in FCString to extract syllables. Lua strings are UTF-8-encoded and will not have the same indices as FCString.

Lua-supported.

Returns
-1 if the syllable can't be found in the raw string (such as at end of string). Otherwise, the 0-based string position.
